This set will help you turn your photo into an old black-and-white photograph.
It has 3 easy one-click-does-all actions that apply a fairly mild effect, as well as a full custom set (recommended) allowing control over each step and a full range of tints.

Tested with CS3.

You probably want to blend in some textures and stains on your finished picture. You should be able to find free textures for this online.
Here's a GREAT example of (high resolution) grungy textures from real old photos: [link] (free for personal and commercial use). Browse that site for some paper textures as well
