Used a lot of airbrushing on this one, the eye and the lips are made after tutorials by jezebel. [link]Used 3Dstudio and Photoshop 6.
Sorry about the odd resolution (my desktop), but you can easily resize it... or adjust the canvas and add mroe black areas

Hey, those lips turned out really great. Good job.
I think the iris of the eye is a little too big, but other than that you've got the form down pretty well. The lips though are definitely my favorite part of the image.
