Munificent Mack Messer was a diabolical bandit who terrorized 18th Century New York City. Caught and sentenced to death, he swore he would return from beyond the grave to wreak even more havoc. So he did has a ghost! As you might remember from the White Owl Super Annual Team Up Special Edition, White Owl and Curia teamed up to send him to the inferno. Now he has escaped and is out for revenge!

Ah, yes, the ghost tf. Of course, this is a homage to that old Super Friends episode. Good times...good times!
