Description

So the time has finally come, Adobe Flash doesn't work anymore. Sadly, this means the death of many beloved Flash-based games.

Among them is one of the most well known dress-up games: Senshi Maker 3.

I am aware that Doll Divine is working on creating a standalone version of this game, but that may still take a while. So here is a little workaround which will allow you to play the game on your desktop.

The download consists of 2 files:

- the Sailor Senshi 3.0 Flash file (.swf)

- and Adobe's very own "Flash Player projector content debugger"

(which is just a fancy name for a standalone Flash Player that doesn't need to be installed. If you want to know more about it or need the file for Mac or Linux, take a look at this: www.howtogeek.com/438141/how-t… )

How to make this work:

- Put both files into a neat folder where you can easily find them.

- Double click on the flashplayer_32_sa_debug.exe

- go to "File->Open" and navigate to the Sailor Moon Maker 3.0.swf

- ATTENTION: you will most likely get an error message here. Breathe, it will still work.

- click on "continue"

- You will see the Senshi Maker's well known title screen, but without loading animation. Right-click anywhere on the screen and click on "play"in the context window. It's right below "Quality".

- The Flash File will now start as you are used to.

Known issues:

- No music. Trying to activate the music will cause an error message, but you can continue playing. Tbh I can live without the music.

- For some reason this seems to cause problems for Mac and Windows10 users. Since I still use Windows 7 I don't really know how to help with that
