Whenever you make a dragon picture you have to put the word dragon first because dragon is more like a title like sir or king or duke or sovereign etc.

Well, if you were shooting for a a sexy, unique, realistic-looking anthro pic, I say: MISSION ACCOMPLISHED 
I have always thought the scalene eyes approach was an especially effective technique for evoking feminine appeal, and you have used it well again here. Combined with the petitie muzzle (a beak, in this case), and larger mane of free-flowing hair and adornment makes for a very pretty face. I also appreciate the added curvature of the buttocks; I can't tell you how many times I have pondered over how flat-bummed anthros from other artists are supposed to sit comfortably 
But this is only half the piece. The multiple sets of flowery wings fill out the rest of the drawing with an ambrosial incandescence. I'm not quite sure how you did it, but the lighting, layering, shading, and different perspectives really give the wings a tangible quality; they look real. I almost imagine I could reach out, stroke the tail, and feel the fur undulate between my fingers. What a truly "raptor"-ous experience that would be! 
Dammit, is my diction daring and dichotomous or what?
