One of our cactus bloomed a day ago, and I try to catch the beauty of the flower with some experiments with the flashlight.Related content

Awesome image! Β The light in back casts shadows forward so the front petals are in shadow from behind instead of from something casting a shadow from in front of the flower. Β I am going to experiment with that kind of lighting in my painting. Β Thanks for the spark!
