You know the more days that go by the more I am convinced that this challenge is conducive to drawing a whole lotta naked people. Naked people are much faster to draw than clothed people. I love this one of her as well! Her braids are just so perfect. I swear, they look just like flames. Beautiful character design and there is jut something about the distribution of the freckles that's wild and almost animal-like, but in a very beautiful way. Love it

The hair is the mane thing about this piece. It's intended to be. The eye, of course, is instantly brought to it. And it looks fabulous. Very good job.

But yeah her hair probably the biggest defining trait for this character, which is great for me cause when ever I need an idea for a drawing I just think "lets have Lenna do something cool or sexy with her hair."

I must ask, how do you draw her braids so well, plus all the spots\freckles so well, and also, I can see your point at how much easier it is to draw naked people instead of clothed. I really like her

Well I first started drawing this character like 10 years ago and she's always had a long braid so lots of practice. I look at a lot of photos and drawings of braids to get them right. Just sheer practice really.
For the freckles I use a freckle brush in photoshop.

Not just naked women, I am also very partial to naked men. Naked everything. Theres gotta be something for everyone.
Seriously though, I think its the fascination with the human figure in general makes drawing and observing said drawings so satisfying. Now if I may get a bit high-minded with it, I don't want to imply that there is a perversion to it all, at least with me, I hope I don't come off like that. After all they are just bodies, and everybody has one.
