This is soooo cute!! Your work make me try paint on glass. I never paint on glass before.

I highly suggest it. I've actually gotten to the point that I prefer painting on glass (with acrylic) over canvas. Its fun painting on both sides for a layered effect.

Wow, that must be cool. So how did you find glasses for painting? Go to lowes?

I mostly wait for stores to have clearances and big sales on frames and then pop out the glass to work on it. I have also found that friends are very giving when it comes to things they would normally throw out that can be repurposed (example: frames, mirrors, glass backing). Most of the plexiglass I use has been donated to me.

The nice thing with working on glass and mirrors is that acrylic washes off easily so if you don't like it, you can restart.
