She has a physical body that gives off the light, anything not on that figure on the left is not actually there. Yes, most of how she appears is ONLY light. If you try to touch it, your hand will pass right through :V Deceptive fluffiness. :< This includes the clothes she appears to be wearing. If you try to touch her, you will only be able to feel whatever is on the left.

She can also control what kind of electromagnetism she creates to the full extent, so: SHE CAN GIVE YOU CANCER and she also has her own radio station. >B3 (aka, primarily she emits light within the visual spectrum, but she can do microwaves and gamma radiation and stuff if she wants)

She can also sense all kinds of light, but not with eyes (she has no eyes really).

Although she has no gender, she identifies as female for some reason. She probably just picked it up from copying the local life forms.

Inspires (pronounced in-spear) are based off of stars. They do not sexually reproduce. Instead, when an inspire dies it expels its remaining energy which ignites the remnants of other dead inspires to form new ones. :V

Her complexion is an oddity, ranging from dark indigo to a rosy shade of lavender depending on her mood, though it is barely noticeable because of the gradual nature of it. Her hair is silver, almost platinum, while her eyes glow with a crescent moon among their dark grey background. It seems she rather fancies felines, as she has two ears poking out from under her draped hair, and a plumed white cat tail sliding down from her back. Her skin has little texture to it, looking almost as smooth as marble.

On her face is the most peculiar, it is very trait which she can not change that reminds her of her existence as an Inspire and of her history being one. This happens to be the two teal colored stripes on the sides of her face, each looking like half a crescent moon themselves curling up to brush her bottom eyelid. Although she has complete power over her physical appearance due to the Inspire’s control over light, the stripes stay with her no matter what form she is in. They are the remnants of her pure form.

She appears to be in her late teens or early twenties, but mostly it is unclear due to her odd appearance. Even if you should see her true form though, you will not be able to discover her age. Perhaps her concept of time is different than the human conception, or maybe she just never kept tract of how long it been since she was last on her home world before her exile. It could be assumed she has lived a long time, but this may be a misconception based on Inspire habits.

Despite her cocky manner and arrogant speech, she actually knows very little of otherworldly customs but prefers to just be ignorant rather than to seek the knowledge by inquiry; though she understands that it’s better to observe than to ask questions at times. She is very keen to new ideas though, and picks up on things fast. She actually knows quite a bit of Inspire knowledge which is usually involved in astronomy; this was mostly derived from interacting with her visitors and her overseer, Elcast.

While on the Inspire home world, within the asteroid belt called Isthiopia, she was born an Aura Inspire, and thus had her freedom taken from her to harvest her energy that Aura Inspire are known to emit great amounts of in order to keep the civilization alive. She has been exiled since then, and the civilization has rotted away without a new energy source to replace her.
