2 designs in one submission!

Working with the idea of her being a dragon (dragoon-like elements) and being associated with storms. Think I've got some ideas going, at least a little bit.

Colors I am working with: Dark greys and greenish greys, dark purple, blues, blacks, and yellow.
(I am unsure of the light green as of this moment and the red jewel on her chest was an afterthought, not a part of the color scheme.)

Comments on the design aspect would be helpful.
