if anyone has any questions concerning Everett, feel free to ask!
A piece of information about the necklace: Everett does not know everything that it is capable of doing. As why it is not included in the sheet itself. Time will reveal these further mysteries and future opponents can ask about the full extent of those hidden capabilities. However, it will be said the object is a base for manipulating energy it takes into physical objects, take that as you will.

I've a few questions about his Weapons:
How big or complex of a weapon can he create?
And how hard are they, and what happens if they are get broken?
Is there a limit of how far they can be away from him?
He cannot make it into a gun, but what about an bow and Arrow or a crossbow.
Whould be interresting if he'd meet my Witch.
Cause she also has something (her partner) who can turn into weapons.
And her power is based on something that defyes logic and can't be identified.
Whould be funny if his powers whould get an 404 Error code.

Good questions! (I plan on editing his reference before submission to describe the full extent of the weapon's power, so these answers will be found in the description as well)
Depends on the amount of focus and energy he is using for the weapon. Usually the more complex it is the more time it takes to create and in a situation where he's fighting for his life, he'd rather make something simpler that is still effective. But metaphorically, he could create something incredibly massive (he has that much energy), however he would soon pass out due to the lack of energy left in his body afterwards. The effects of the largeness/complexity is his own energy is drained in order to make it and won't restore after something so large for a few days or weeks rather than a staff or knife would only take up enough energy that would restore in a matter of hours.
They are the hardness/sharpness of the weapon he's creating. When they break they dissipate into the air since they're made of energy they return to the universe's energy rather than Everett.
Yes. They must be within eyesight of Everett.
He could make it into a bow and arrow or crossbow, yes, they're not as complex as a gun or small as the bullets guns fire as well as not nearly as fast, so he can keep his eyes on it.
