Most of them are drawn skinny because alot of Japanese girls are skinny. So, I guess that's why most of them are drawn that way(among other things).

This is really pretty, but if you don't mind, I would like to point out a couple things
The portion between her breasts and her hip is alittle wide compared to the rest of her body, it makes her shirt and skirt look at little.. tight.. but if that's what you wanted to achieve, i'd like to apologize ^^
Adding to that, her legs seem a little.. big, too.
