I wish you had a tutorial on how to color backgrounds like this. I have been asking all over. I don't want backgrounds that look too real or backgrounds that look too cartoonish. this fits the the level of BG's I would like to create but I have no idea how to color them.

My guess is he is trying to pass school which is why he is taking it seriously. Anyway, nice. ^_^ It feels like the are actually studying thanks to how loose the characters are. You did a really good job in adding detail to the books they are using.

I must say I love all of your characters! They can look so normal (Compared to other characters in manga who have to have someee extreme differentiality or another) yet they still look so intresting and unique!

There is a bit of problem on the wrist of your right hand, but I can see you tried to make it look like its "bumping up". It seems a little rectangular-like if you know what I mean~
Everything else is greatly colored and I like the simple background very much! Feels like the kind of room that welcomes you the moment you step in
