why does this work so well?

way back at the beginning of the year, the cover for this book was revealed (Here's what it looks like) and a few days later I was scrolling through Twitter (drinks a cup of water) when I saw that someone made Lorenzo look like Hercules from TUGS, and I said that once a sprite of the engine was made I would make this art piece, and here we are.
