Most definitely. I'd say play with the sss a bit. but it definitely has a love to that paint job. It'd make an amazing figure.

Wow, those are some talons! The paintover really helps the lighting pop, especially in his right wing toward the body. His third eye stands out a lot better now, too, although I'm sad we can't see those gorgeous feet anymore.
I like that he's been turned ever so slightly to the side compared to the cold render, but he still has that intense focus on the viewer. Very nice~
