Now, sweetheart, I do play the games, not that it matters that much. The design hair-wise and eye-wise is more reminiscent of the manga than the games, so you can see why I mentioned it.
And, fyi, a lot of people prefer using the Japanese names to the English color names in reference to the manga.Β

Firstly, you didn't draw this. So honestly you're going on the assumption that it's the game Silver just as much as I'm going on the assumption it's the manga Silver. If the artist would like to correct me, then that's wonderful. But as you clearly did not draw this, you have no basis to correct me.Β
Also, the artist's style has everything to do with it. The way (s)he draws leaves each piece up to the interpretation of the viewer.
On a side note, plz learn to math, 21-18 is definitely not "much older".

I have the right to correct you for something you made a mistake on. The art style itself doesn't look Spe at all and Japan still uses the colour names in the Spe manga. It isn't 'English'. I didn't assume, I read the description, which apparently even though you're 18 you couldn't do. Not to mention not everyone has to draw Silver's eyes the colour the manga has them, they are red in the games, but the gold is something the artists does to be unique, if you look at his pics of Hibiki he makes them grey/silver. Kotone/Lyra ain't even in Spe at that.

2. I didn't say the manga itself uses the Japanese games names, I said many people choose to use them as they identify better with them.
3. This top comment is over a year old, which you seem to blatantly disregard. I couldn't tell you if I originally read the description or not, as it was A) just an innocent query to the artist, not some busybody wiseguy who thinks he has all the answers, and B) a fucking year ago and it didn't register in things-of-importance-to-remember-for-all-time.
What really amazes me is the fact that you care at all what my opinion on the drawing is. I personally love the drawing, and found the inversion of eye color to be unique. I was asking the artist what drove them to invert it, as it obviously has SOME basis of comparison with the manga.

I have to disagree, the art stye doesn't really have comparison of the manga at all. I've seen Spe's Silver, and those eyes don't look at all Spe. If anything it seems you're just saying that because he detailed the hair.
