Inspired by an article in Wizard #136 which you can read here: [link]So read the article before going all "But Roy Harper isn't Green Arrow! He's Speedy/Arsenal!" on me kay? I was gonna draw their verion of Rae-Rae but I found Roys costume design to be easier... and funner.
If you wanna see all the Ultimate Teen Titans just go to that link up there and scroll down. Me likey Cyborg's design, and Rae-Rae's and Roys. But none of the other ones.Any who's, hope it's okay.

That's pretty cool. DC really need to make Roy come into his own and he needs a better costume than Red Arrow. Here's my contribution the Roy as Green Arrow. [link] check it out.

don't see to much of the DC archers around much.
u did a great job and i love the design of the "outfit" if thats what i may call it
and it does go well with the G.A. theme, since for the fact that he was Green Arrow's ward

In 'Kingdom Come' Roy became Red Arrow and wore a red version of GA's costume. This reminded me of that. pretty cool.
