This defintely has a stylistic approach to it and while I like what you've done, certain aspects...such as the eyes and hair look a little ameture compared to the clothes and shading you've used.
I think with a little more detail in tbese areas, such as more shading added shadow, highlights (more likelike sparkle in eyes case) you'll get an even lovelier picture!
