Shading that makes sense? What's that?GAWD. I hate drawing backgrounds because it means you have to actually relate pieces of the drawing together and actually think about what goes into the composition. WHUT. My brain is unable to comprehend....(but for my first time really trying...it wasn't all that bad right? OTL)
Anyway, Snape and Lily. So tragic.
PS-I drew this a few weeks before the movie came out. It was going to remain a sketch forever...but then after the movie I just had to finish it.
OH AND THAT CRIB LMAO (I may have given up a little)

that scene in the movie would've been sad if baby Harry wasn't crying in his crib in the background. That just made Snape seem like a creepy necrophiliac....

when i think of the title "gone" i think of that moment in swan princess right after odette is kidnapped away by the bad guy and then derek discovers her abandoned carriage and he sees the injured king and derek is like "where's odette" and the king is like "odette is.... odette is.... goonnneee--" and the king dies

I can really feel the emotion here with his expression and the lighting. I like that it's not the typical movie screenshot of the scene where Snape is holding Lily's dead body crying.

He probably did not, cause he wouldn't do such a mistakes he has, if he read . And I wonder why J.K. Rowling let him made film with such a wrong screenplay .

Well I've read in a few interviews that she tried to have a pretty hands-off approach on the movies...although I wish she wouldn't have. I understand that not everything in a book translates well on film...but there were SO MANY little things that they NEEDED to add in the movies because they were significant later on.
I better stop now though...before I get into my huge movie rants. (but even with all of their faults...I still enjoy the movies haha.)
