Really cool shot here. Not usually a fan of Linux shots, but you've pulled this one off expertly!

Also, are those cordyceps icons on your phone home screen? They look really nice, but I can't tell what they are.

Hahahahah. I have some stuff installed that I don't actually need. I just haven't gotten around to seeing what they are. Lol.
And thanks.

Ah! I also noticed you're on #Mechboards , but I don't see any pictures of keyboards here! Β

That's true. I've never posted any here. This is probably the most recent photo I have, but a lot of things have changed since I took this.Β i.imgur.com/mjrTZwY.jpg
Maybe I'll get the whole collection together and take another family photo. Although I am waiting on 2 boards to be done and ship to me. Lol.

You have good taste! I've always had a soft spot for the DSA Granite keyset. And the RGBY (?) modifiers look really good with the blanks. I have a really sweet spot for blanks.
And I assume the the GMK-set is GMK Purple? I really like the legends on the GMK-sets.
And even though I'm patriotic to my ISO-layout, I must say I envy those with the regular international ANSI-layout. It's a lot easier shopping for my keysets then.
How do you like your Planck? My last keyboard was a Let's Split. I didn't like ortho as much as I would have thought. But it was a fun little piece to build. It was my first time soldering and all! I have some pictures on my 3 keyboards here if you want to check them out.
What keyboards are you waiting for? I'm waiting for some Tealios myself. I'm planning to build a 60% keyboard with the upcoming Klippe case from u/leandren - if I can get my hands on it.

The purple is actually JTK PoW but it's still Cherry profile so they are really nice. And DSA Granite was probably the first keyset that I saw online and fell in love with. That was when I first discovered the world of mechanical keyboards and I knew I had to have it.
I still want to build a board with an ISO-layout but I don't have any keysets with an ISO enter. I think GMK Laser will come with one so maybe then I'll build one.
And for the Planck. It's pretty good. I don't really use it all that much but it is a nice little travel board. I wasn't a huge fan of the ortho layout either to be honest. But it's was a fun little project and I got all the parts pretty cheap so I figured "why not" lol.
And I'm currently waiting on the M65-A from the RAMA/Keyclack group buy and a White Fox from the Kickstarter. I love 65% layouts. They are my sweet spot.

Ah! Cherry is my favourite key profile.
ISO? Really? Arent you from the states?
Those are cool as well. But my sweetspot is 60%. I'm a heavy Vim-user, so I dont't use those extra keys as much.

Yeah. I'm in the states but it would still be cool to have a board with a completely different layout.
I'm a VIM user too, but my main problem is I'm also a Dvorak typist. The nav keys still feel funky to me so I often find my self using the arrows.

Cool! I really like the larger Enter key.Β
Dvorak? And whos fault is that? No, but I totally understand though.Β

Lolol. Totally my fault. The layout just makes more sense to me but it does kind of screw me with VIM. But that's fine. I can still put my DSA Vim caps on stuff if I put the keycaps in QWERTY. Lol.
