Description
Done! This was a fun drawing. I put in as much detail as possible, especially with the fine hairs. I spent quite some time on tiny details and i think it was worth it in the end. I decided to go with the black background because it makes the tiger stand out more. It was a 4 step process for the background. I laid down a light layer with charcoal pencil and blended that in evenly. I repeated this step and it gave me a dark gray. From there I covered the whole area in charcoal by applying more pressure, trying not to leave any white spots. Over the charcoal I added a final layer with 8b. This last layer took me the longest because I was adding it with more pressure and had to make sure it covered every bit of paper. It gave me a really deep black and I'm happy with the way it turned out. Thanks to everyone that followed my progress. Please share and like. Have a good everyone!Related content

Absolutely stunning. It must've taken so long, definitely worth all the effort you put into it.
