No fan-art section for 3D...?Anyway, I (temporarily) gave up on modeling characters and focused on the vehicles first. Besides. I'll be needing the practice for working on the objects of my character's flat for school.
I took some liberties with this one; it's actually a mixture of the one in the series, plus this toy R-cycle that can fly. However, for this, I haven't added in the wings hidden underneath that bar at the side, mainly because I was too lazy.
Given the reference pics I used, I'm still wondering how the front wheel turns...
No texture - I haven't gone through my tutorial for that yet. But I slapped on some materials so that it would at least look good under the light.

I would have provided you with the Maya file that stores this motorcycle, but I've forgotten where I've placed it.
BTW, I didn't bother to complete it, and it's polygon-heavy...

Okay, I *think* I found the folder where my project for this is, but I'm not sure if it's correct - I no longer have Maya installed, so I can't open it to check. The image folder does contain a pic of the R-Cycle though, along with the UV (I think back then I had been planning to get started on the texture, except I never got around to it), so this just might be the one.
Got any email add I could send it to?

(No, I mean, there's a big "fan-movie" project under way. There's already tones of people working on it as writters, concept-artists, voice actors, and 3D animators. What we're shooting for is atleast a complete preview, but if that turns out well, then the plan is to go all the way and make a full length movie. However, it's really slow going, so we need all the help we can get

It's a mixture of polygons, nurbs, and subdivs. Near the end, it became quite taxing on my dad's computer. Hehehehe.
