Thanks! Story here is that Zerkala, the woman on the ground adores the warrior, Mars. Mars is a well-known slayer of Svanir (the severed head) and Zerkala writes about these heroic exploits. So I suppose it's an illustration of one of Zerkala's stories as she would tell it.
