Half canon, half OC, basically. Was only mentioned for about ten seconds and then was completely forgotten about for the rest of the show. No appearance or even a description of his appearance, so I made one up.Don't you think it's a bit odd that he would take the time to send a creepy threat letter saying "I WiLL GET yoU" and then not keep his word? So much for this guy living up to his name, by the way. Jolly? More like pissed off.
