I feel like something is lacking in this picture. Like maybe the walls are too dull and it's making everything else dull, or maybe the way I'm coloring the characters don't seem like they're as vivid as I'd hoped. What do you guys think?

This isn't a formal correction, but tbh I don't see very much wrong with the colors themselves. Maybe you want to exaggerate more? Like the secretive black-haired girl could hide the entire bottom half of her face behind the cards, while the energetic redhead could be standing up a bit more, so her card-slam is even stronger. And, just as a note about the colors themselves, have you tried filling an entire layer on overlay mode and then lowering the opacity to unite the colors a bit more?

Thank you for commenting! Yeah, I was fumbling around with their poses and I did feel like they weren't emphasized enough. That's something I need to work on. And as for the overlay mode, I was just looking that up recently. I seldom used overlay especially like that, but next time I am definitely gonna try lol. That might be what I need.
