No this doesn't have any thing to do with ATLA.

2. an embodiment or personification, as of a principle, attitude, or view of life.
3. Computers. a graphical image that represents a person, as on the Internet.

I'm going with a combination of 1 and 2 (mostly 2)

I realized that when the SOP became SOP they would have had to be in their Avatars for the transformation. Then I realized I hadn't ever drawn Avatars for them.
So here you go

Here we have the lovely Extinction's avatar.
It's animal based (no surprise there) and bares a little bit of a resemblance to the way she looks now. Only not as big. Ironically as much as Extinction dislikes non-animal bodies (even though humans and the like are animals) her avatar is only part animal. It looks almost Sphinx like sans the wings.

The mark on her head is an animals paw print and is a dashing shade of orange.

Interestingly enough... I wonder how many of you noticed what's going on in the background... I thinks it's hard to miss...
