Rough sketches of newer character concepts.From SNES controller buttons.
Meant to assist Reset, Start and Select. I'm not sure what some of these creatures are myself, but I don't think these are the final models. More about them individually later, although I'm sure you could guess what some of them could do. I think X and B are the most finalized of the four.
There's also L and R, but I'm not sure how I'd draw them just yet.
