Wow.
Only issues are a few alignment problems I can see about the place here and there.
You wouldn't need the message "remember kids, this is not a search box" if the little asterisk icons were silhouettes of something that represents what those boxes relate to. So a speech bubble for the shout box.
Just a few improvements you could make.
