Okay... there's a lot to unpack here... So I might add some info for added context, since I'm starting to get into the territory of you really need to know the game inside and out to get an idea of what's going on. And it might take a while to explain everything through story.

Lets just say, after everything that's happened in their past, Chara has a lot of Guilt. So if their brother wants to kill them, they probably wont object atm. That, and Chara is no stranger to death, two attempts at suicide (one successful), and spending who knows how much time as a ghost, they're not going to fear personal harm, or personal death... which might become troublesome for those around them, maybe...
As for how much time they've spent while being dead... I can't say, yet. All I can tell you is the resets are in at least the double digits, and could possibly be in the triple or quadruple digits... there is a number, but that's for later. Much Much later.

As for Flowey, they realize Chara isn't giving them pity, but rather, they're being selfish... and He's currently processing that.

And poor Frisk, just kinda there, not sure what to do.

One more note on Chara's Guilt. They may feel The Most Responsible for everything that's happened, but that doesn't mean they are... after all, the Idea and Motivation for That plan had to have come from somewhere

anyway, I think that should be just enough information for now
