A request done forΒ ΒUhm so yeah, Bubbeline (or Sugarless Gum or whatever you'd like to call it), gettin' hitched and all that. The request was for something along the lines of Marceline in a "chick tux" helping Bubblegum down some stairs, I suppose that's what we see there.
If I've learned anything from this, it's that I really hate drawing mother fucking stairs. (Ignore the fact that the rungs are wider on wide side).
I wish I did this in layers like a normal person, but it was actually all drawn on one sheet of paper then edited and colored digitally.

I figured you liked Bubbeline (or other various titles it possesses) given that you created fanart for it. Yours was probably the only Bubbeline I've liked because it wasn't perverse and it had your unique and quirky brand of humor.

Thank you, very much. This is quite fabulous. I actually really like the little quirks, like the asymmetrically sized rungs; they remind me of the delightfully low-def pilot to AT.
I'd also really like to own a pair of shoes like those on Marceline. They're all so very...class.

I'm glad you enjoy the clusterfuck of screwups, but they only annoy me. I'd like to fix them, but I'm scared if I messed with it, the outcome would be even worse than it currently stands.

I don't ship Bubbeline either, but I'm not gonna turn down a request just 'cause It's not something I'm into. I think I'd feel like a terrible person if I did.
