Another request forI was asked for a polygamous pic of Finn and his ladies, and possibly their children, all doing something as a family unit (or something). So their getting their family picture taken by uncle Jakey. Seriously though, don't take this too seriously. Finn's got a pipe and some old man loafers. Laugh.
I honestly thought about adding one o' dem new-fangled "Sugarless Gumdrop" kids too, but I didn't. Pro'lly 'cause I'm lazy.
Realistacally, this is the first picture I've actually made a legit background for.

Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. She got so bad she went to kill all the staff in the hospital so the More-government decided that best idea was to get rid of her so they set up a special room to kill her, as humane as possible but it went wrong the machine they were using went wrong. And she sat there in agony for hours until she died.
Now every week on the day of her death she returns to the person that reads this letter, on a monday night at 12:00a.m. She creeps into your room and kills you slowly, by cutting you and watching you bleed to death.
Now send this to ten other pictures on this one site, and she will haunt someone else who doesn't. This isn't fake. apparently, if u copy and paste this to ten comments in the next ten minutes u will have the best day of ur life tomorrow. u will either get kissed or asked out, if u break this chain u will see a little dead girl in your room tonight. in 53 mins someone will say i love you or im sorry

It's probably possible, but I don't often do comics. I haven't even been making much art lately. It's something I might consider doing eventually though.

I doubt either of those religions would have survived the mushroom war, but I get what you're saying. Finn's appearance was honestly inspired by mormons, but I'm not saying he is one.
I probably won't add FP, for multiple reasons. Mainly 'cause I'm lazy, but also 'cause it might make the already crouded picture overly cramped.

It should hypothetically bring peace among shippers, but it hasn't. Some people are too damnably attatched to a pairing, others aren't comfortable with the concept of polygamy and all that. Bah.

I couldn't ship polygamy, I'm such a serial monogamist. orz It's a pity, since this would be the ship to end all ship wars. (Not that I have anything against it. It's just not the ship I'm sailing. But you know that already. 8B)
This was one of the first pieces of yours I looked at, though, and the one that made me decide to request art from you. It's really good, the kids are so cute it's almost illegal. Love the Bubble-Baby bowtie and Mini-Marceline's snaggletooth. I think I would have swapped the kids around, with Marceline's spawn by Bubblegum and visa-versa. It would have added contrast and given a bigger sense of family unity--as it is now it looks a bit polar, which seems a bit...divided.
...not sure why I'm giving you crit on this. :I Maybe it'll come in handy if you ever draw more polygamy?

I did actually feel bad about not making a little abomination between the two women, as I said, I was going to but got lazy. I can always design a marcebel child and rearange the family portrait, it honestly wouldn't be hard. I just need the gumption...
I kind of sort of ship this, like at my core I'm really aboard the S.S. Finnceline, but I can't find a reason for me not to like this. I don't know if I'll ever make art supporting this grouping again, but eh, maybe eventually.

I dunno, I'll probably make a little Marcebel munchkin eventually, I've already made kids for the other two ships and I'd feel bad if I left one side out completely. I don't know if a sperm doner would really be required for their spawn. Logically speaking, Marceline shouldn't have any eggs left in her after 1000+ years and staff people have mentioned PB being sterile, so why even bother with the logic of sperm and compatible trouser equiptment. Magic and super science works better than logic.
And sparkens of illogical babies, I was thinking about Jake and Lady's rugrats and I've decided that if they ever do have kids in canon, I really want it to be totally out there. Like they consult a fertility wizard or something 'cause dogs and horse thangs shouldn't spawn normally. Eseentially, I want some voodoo shiz to go down and an incantation that results in the impregnation... Of Jake. I totally want Jake giving birth to their muty kids :T
Since it'll probably never happen, I may end up writing that...

No I have no problem with polygamy especially in this context, the art is great btw. I just feel that there has always been a controversy between Finn being shipped with Marceline or PB so I think people have to really decide between the two and this concept is just a little strange.

Yeah, there was (and probably still is) fan debates about whom should be with whom. In the past it was pretty black and white, "should Finn be with the princess or the vampire?" Now people don't always even figure Finn into the equation. The debate is currently three sided, but why argue? If all three characters in question are being shipped together as one complete package, there'd be no petty feuding every party is satisfied. That's called compromise, son.

True enough. I enjoy your informed and intelligent rebuttals and I enjoy your art as well. You have definitely erased any poor feelings I had about this picture. Continue with the good work. I still remain slightly "black and white" with regards shipping in the show, however this picture is somewhat experimental so I have no problems.

To be honest, I've picked a side already. I ship Finnceline, pretty hard. I'm not against either of the other sides, I just don't willingly support them (by willingly I mean I will if asked, and I have). But I and a few like minded friends on this site have thought, preferred shippins aside, that this grouping works in everbody's favor. It's like the holy trinity of AT ships, no one's left out and there's no sour feeling, I suppose except for people who are too bound to monogamy that suicked out by the idea of multiple partners. So thanks for trying to understand.
