Toward the comment about the ear looking very drawn, I beleive its meant to be that way. Every thing is a little fuzzy on the outside because the eyes are the main focus. The barely imperfect mole in place of the childs third eye. This is a very old soul come to experience more pain in the world. Strong enough for the outside but perhaps here again to battle herself.

You have amazing technical skill, and I like your choice in photo reference for this one and some of your others. My only problem with photorealism though is that it requires very little creative imagination. Unless you're taking the photos your using as references yourself, this kind of artform is even less creative than the photography your using. Again, you have great technical skill, and this image is very moving, but I would encourage you to draw from time to time without a reference, and without the need to make your art look absolutely real.

It's sad how she looks like she's been through it all, and yet at the same time she still manages to set out a feeling of great inner strength. She looks so bold and noble... every thing about her is so real, but what really sets it off is her eyes. They're absolutely spectacular
