Incredible. The finesse of the details are just so amazing. The nose-piece (nathni - we call it in Hindi) that the woman is wearing look so real in this portrait and to think, it's a pencil sketch on paper!
The work reminds me of the Rajasthani women in my country. Could you give me the link to the original photograph if it's available online?

Amazingly detailed drawing! It's so realistic, it looks like a picture. Still, it has that warm tradicional air that only realistic drawings contain. The look of ageless wisdom and hope in her eyes is breathtaking!

This is such an amazing capture. Your choice in b/w really accents her depths, showing creases and folds in her clothes and her skin. The details are just stunning. I love how strong of a presence she has, just sitting there looking at you. You really captured her well. Congratulations.
