My ghetto process .__. For the people looking for a simple way to color~PAINT TOOL SAI
-Sketch: Done with the pen tool on default settings. i usually have 2 separate layers and colors for the clothes and body
-Lines: still done with the default pen tool. i opacity lock and airbrush on colors
-Colors+Shade: I have a separate layer for each base color. Shades are done by opacity locking the base layer and coloring in the same layer. I use the pen, blur, and water tool. Sometimes i use the marker tool but not here.
-Highlights: Done by layer clipping a new layer to the base layer. I also change layer modes to get the effect i want. Blur tool and water tool are useful here.
-Effects1: I draw in the bg, which are usually simple |: for the stars i drew one and duplicated the layer multiply times.
PHOTOSHOP
-Effects2: Merged the layers, duplicated, gaussian blurred, changed layer modes, watermark. Also certain other effects. I use textures sometimes but not in this one.
