10-92 is just one of many machines built by The Golden Queen to help her take over the world. It is brutish and cruel, and will obey the Golden Queen's orders unconditionally.

While it is quite slow and incredibly heavy, it is also very powerful, made to crush those who would disobey the Golden Order. That being said, it's more for crowd control, and would be very bad at chasing down an individual, due to its heavy armor and lack of ranged attacks.
