My emote tutorial is finished!This includes making a static and animated emote, and is intended for people who have no experience doing either of those.
I hope it's helpful.
If you make anything using this tutorial, you don’t need to credit me. However, I’d very much like to see what you’ve made. So note me, or leave a comment with a link to your newly created emote. If you have any questions, requests, suggestions, observations, comments, etc., note me or leave a comment and I’d be happy to respond.
I originally wanted to include a more advanced animation section, showing how I do effects like fire and holograms, but I'm going to make another tutorial for that.

Does anyone know how to make an emote that will appear in the add media tab? do i just submit it and it'll appear in add media? or do i do something else?

You don't need photoshop to make emotes. You can make them with MS Paint too. c:

I seem to be having trouble with the file size. I made the document 30 px by 30 px 72 resolution but the pencil size at 1 px is huge!

If you save it on Stash rather than submit. You can use it through the Add Media button that appears on each comment box.

May i ask if you know if photoshop elements 5.0 can do the animation? because i cant find an animation window, and when i used photoshops elements help menu it seems to think it can animate but i cannot find anywhere how to pull up the animation window.
i would very much like to make some animations ^^
