At the moment, it's 65F/18C, which hardly feels like winter, and the humidity didn't make it any better. Β This is my attempt to convey that XD

Keep an eye out, because it might be released in a wallpaper pack sometime in the next few months.Β This originally was intended to be made as a wallpaper, butΒ I want to have a few things for it -- color schemes and whatnot, different flow of shapes, so forth. Β Plus, given the bajillion resolutions I'd need to render, and that each wallpaper would take at least 35-45 minutes, it could take a while to assemble.
I just wanted to upload this to share as a piece of artwork at the moment!

I like the colors in this. The cool colors are taking over what is left of the warm colors in a wave. Though it looks kind of like a flame.

Well, the goal was to show a random heatwave in the middle of the winter. Β So a flame, or warm colors, among a bunch of cool colors was the intent ;D

like a Rorschach test this felt like the birth of a phoenix. even the scream ecohed in my brain as soon as I saw this. Not many pieces of painted art can create sound so I bow to this magnificient bird of prey.(according to my perception anyway) Well done indeed!
