I decided to do this shortly after I finished the lineart, because I was not originally going to do so, but I just wasn't finished with this picture. I also decided to use this opportunity to test out cell shading some more.

Anyway, story, as I guess we originally talked about, Charlie was somehow hooked into some business involving a Piplup and perhaps offended him in some way that we do not know. Said Piplup than set him up in this embarrassing situation with a Sableye who turned out to be VERY good at this kind of torture.

I'm sure he'll be there for some time.
