A scenario that should have been in the cartoon! It already had tickle torture in it, why not give Splinter some tickles? And yeah, I know he was tickled a bit in the show, but I don't count it because it wasn't his feet!Speaking of, I had this thought in my head as I drew this that Splinter didn't actually realize how ticklish he was and almost cracked because he couldn't take it.
That seems pretty plausible to me!Anyway, hope you enjoy.
