First, I'm still on hiatus. It's just that me and my buddy were goofing around yesterday and I finished this sketch up earlier than I thought. I'll still occasionally upload stuff when I get the drive to work on them and am proud of it enough that I want to share and this one I'm proud of.Why is Cosmo doing this to Rocket? Well, me, Cham and another person knows, but I have them sworn to secrecy. But it is something of the utmost importance to Cosmo.

I respect that you're not trying to doggedly chase down deadlines roght now; you deserve to sit and stay where you are and rest. Hopefully no one's barking any orders at you over this hiatus of yours. Tell 'em they're barking up the wrong tree.
