what i've been working on for past 3 or so weeks on and off. New character inspired by fiesta character and chat with old friend. warning: long post below XD

She's a lil seductive minx really XD she can grow small scales all over her humanoid form if she wish but usually just forms decorative patterns with them. The spines on her tail actually run all the way up to her neck, she can just make them disappear or grow very long at will. Her tail can also grow to about lengths of twice of height and then used as spiked whip.
Past:
Her mother was priestess in a citadel of dark elves. Dark due to their nature, nothing to do with appearence, being deep underground they have almost albino complexion yet ain't blind. They like dark arts, blood and scarifices>.>. Anyways a strange elf looking being enters their city and he seems to be one of them so they let him he stay, he has this alluring presence. He is a blood dragon a rare species that little is known of. Anyways he stays and plays with the elves in particular takes a interest in what he can't have, the priestesses. He does eventually get what he wants and leaves having had his fun. However nature has a twisted moment and the elf gets pregnant. The child being part dragon requires blood and feeds on her mother whilst in the womb. This makes the mother weak, that plus the fact the child is born with wings makes the birth complicated and strenous. She dies not long after birth. The elves on seeing the demon like child thats caused death of a priestess decided to disown it, leaving it on the edges of their domain.
The child's cries are heard by a demon patrol and they take the infant back to their clan lord. The child seems to ignore the lord overpowering presence and instead sinks her tiny fangs into his hand and feeds on him hungrily. This so amuses the lord he keeps her as his daughter. She is raised on his blood for first 3 years before she starts taking flesh along with her blood. At the age of 7 they find out she's part dragon, a rather creepy nasty demon tried to 'lay' and instead was mauled to death when the child turned into a dragon.
Due to her heritage she is very good with demonic magic, blood magic and being seductive...only other females mostly in the court are the succubi...
so she has a rather unique lil past.

Current:
She was the clan lord's almost favourite posseion with her skills at luring and killing opposition but she has recently vanished from the court. The lords having be trying to find a way to get their rengade prince to return (he doesn't want to rule) . They tried to put one of the younger princes on the throne and he was found dead soon after...So they finally tried to bait him with the offer of Xenai as his prize if he return. She happened to be eaves dropping but left before hearing who she was being offered to. She fled for three days not being able to sleep till she crashed at last in a cave system.
The prince having thinking the offer sounded good (had been intrigued by her for years but unable to visit) was now amused that the prize was missing. Whilst mulling over this over in one of his hideouts he caught scent of an unknown smell and went to investigate it. There in the caves was his prize, laughing softly to himself he carried her back through the labrynth of caverns to his current abode. He struggled not to take his prize there and then. Instead he waited and although she was startled when she awoke she didn't run. Over next few days he looked after her but wanted something in return more like some sort of payment small at first... however she ended up liking the payments and they aren't payments anymore XD She has a lot to find out about him yet but that is what intrigues her, she doesn't know he is the prince but she has a thought that he might be.
(yes i could write more but hmm will end here)

blood dragons:
just a little information on these guys. They are what you'd called the vampires of the dragon species but are very secreative. They were originally thought to be undead but are very much alive their bodies designed for feeding off blood and some flesh -two seperate stomaches. They seem to alone or in pairs. Their tails can be used very much like a whip and some havebeen with smaller wings than others, possible variants within the species depending on where they grown up.
