first time I saw this was at least 6 years ago when I was still only 12ish, and I thought the math was so complicated.
I'm in the middle of Physics right now and oh my god that's actually really simple calculator work. Wow.

I think it's fun to go back to someone's first deviation and see how much they've improved since then. You've improved a lot, although i guess it would be ridiculous if you haven't judging by the fact this was posted in 2003
Even though I haven't taken physics, I refuse to believe it ruins anything as much as biology. I've been taking it in school this year and now I don't look at anything the same way again. taking a poo? well that is the waste material from the food you have eaten that has gone through the small intestine to have nutrients taken from it and had the water drained from it and returned to the body via the large intestine. It then goes through your rectum and is eliminated from the body by exit through the anus.... see what I mean?

Huzzah for physics meeting art! That and, this is so very true. I really wish they'd replace the foot ball with a missile or cannon-ball, at least then the need for absolute controlled accuracy makes sense. I mean, who ever was born with a meter on their foot that described how much momentum it has anyway?

I think some of it was random numbers, but I think a lot of those equations are actually some of the equations you can use for the football.

Not true, there some things that arte only fun when you use physics, such as when you need to figure out how to make a trigger for your booby trap only go off for someone within a prticular weight range, lets just say between 150 and 155.
