How the burning eyes work:

-> Ladon has two chambers right behind his eyes that and be filled with blood. He then mixes the blood with a chemical he gains from digesting certain stones, creating a highly flammable liquid that burns when exposed to fresh air. He is able to shoot this liquid from his eyes (like a horned lizard), basically turning into a biological flamethrower. He has to charge up that attack for a few minutes before he's able to use it however.
