I have no idea where this came from!!! I SWEAR! But every time I see this I can't help but laugh my ass off.

Yeah, yeah, I know. The curls/hair looks odd. I drew this before I knew what I was doing. Drawing hair is still fairly new to me. *cough* And I saw one of my favorite Mangaka's latest [at the time, the day after I inked this] [link]

So, back to the picture. I started out with the desire to draw frills..... then this came out. I think I was edprived/overdosed with caffeine.... I can't remember which to tell you the truth.

Oh and before I forget..... SHE'S JUST A RANDOM CHARACTER!!! I'm not going to use her for any story. Might just use her to get the random desires of frills, overly cuteness, and curls out of my head.
