Description
This was one of the first projects for my Graphic Design I.I spent WEEKS on this thing and I still don't like it..... it's probable the skin/lips and the background. But I love the hair and the sweatshirt XD. oh and the ear lol
The phrases are from Ghost in the Shell. And that's my username also in the background XD not like I needed to point that out
Well, hope you like it more than me! I use Adobe Illustrator for this thing. And I traced a photograph of myself to get this thing.
just in case there are those who think otherwise.

I could never get the hang of illustrator, but I can see the amount of layers you must of used. Fine work there, crystal crispness.

To tell you the truth, neither have I. I only know what I needed to survive the class. heheh, but I retained quite a bit from that crash course. But I don't recommend starting out of the program without someone to help out a but... ~LinedPaperChick and ~wednesday-whore saved me a lot during the semester.
yeah, there was a shit load of layers... in a way. The program was wierd like that. You can have one physical layer, and a gazzilion little layers/shapes in the one that you can move around and manipulate without worrying about it being permanent. Only down fall is, it doesn't have an undo-history, so you just have to hit the undo button to get to the past you want fixed.

That is a task I wouldn't tackle, top of that I don't have connections as you do. Lacking the history panel seems to be a major drawback they should have included or at least in a patch.

Ah well, it doesn't really work on my laptop for some reason; I'd blame Vista, but it also didn't work on my XP computer so I dunno. :>
