Those eyes with that dark stare!The details and even the little bubble effects make this a sharp piece of dark fantasy art indeed!You should be very proud of this accomplishment!

this is awesome! i cant help but think of Lovecraft looking at this, love the detail on the texture of the face giving it the human quality of portraying emotion, and the eyes are superb, feels lilke im truly being glared at. the smaller cephalopod has a great addition in the overall uniformity by helping balance the mass of tentacles with a focal point, and the details of it are also awesome. love this, definately wouldnt like to stumble across it any day though haha keep it up brotherman!

Really awesome work. The things that stand out the most are both the level of detail, and the overall organic feel of the creature. The appendages sprouting from its mouth look highly plausible, very resembling of the writhing mass of tentacles they are, and the change of textures between the "skin" and the bony spikes is quite well done.
The mouth is rather small and difficult to see at first, though. While I like the effect of the maw receding into the darkness within the beast, personally, I would find it more appealing and impacting if the mouth was larger and more gaping, but it is just a matter of opinion mind you.
It's all in all a really incredible drawing, and encountering that thing, I think, would be quite... inconvenient, for one's mental stability.
