A happy moment from the past, back when Rose lived in Totto Land. I see this as the day after they got married, where Rose realises that she actually is now officially his wife, which makes her very happy and hugs him in joy. He in return makes sure she won't fall, because she jumped up and will be hanging from his neck, if he didn't support her.
I tried to make it visible that he is slightly smiling from under the scarf, because he is happy too.

They came together by force, but Katakuri and Rose grew to love each other. Β And their affection rivals that of a couple that has known each other for years before getting married, at least in my mind.

Back before Katakuri's mouth was revealed, I thought he had his mouth sewn shut or else he had no mouth at all. Β In my head, it looked like Jack Skellington's mouth when it was closed. Β I relied on the eyes to gauge Katakuri's emotions, which was usually eternal disinterest or annoyance, much like Law or Zoro before him. Β I can feel nothing but gratitude, disbelief, and happiness from his eyes in this picture, the ghost of a satisfied smile on his unseen lips.
Rose, you are both lucky to have each other. Β And soon enough, you will both be lucky enough to have a child as proof of your unexpected, yet no less ardent, love.
EDIT: I just clicked to full view this picture, and I can see the teeth peeking out from behind the scarf. Β You would have to know what his mouth looks like to see it though.
