Well then, said that I would do this and I did it!!!But then honestly I think it was mostly because of another work I was doing. Incidentally made one spot too many and so I just used that pose for this instead, not gonna waste an idea Thus here we have Rose on a HHHUUUUGGGEEEEE tsum tsum Katakuri I searched for the official one, the ones that can be bought in store (though probably not as big ) and it didn't have his arm tattoo, so I didn't add it either, please don't have me for it
This is an open collab alongside the beautiful Hatomi and her love Tsum tsum Ace mini and Tsum tsum Ace huge and since she has some pillows showing her affliations, then I thought I would do the same. I finally managed to find the logo of the Revolutionary Army so that is the huge red pillow in the bag, and since Rose married into Big Mom's family, I guess she was sort of a part of their crew?... perhaps not really. Anyway she left and became an enemy so painted a red cross over it

Haha yeah, Katakuri usually carried Rose, so gotta keep it up, by having her lie on Big Tsum tsum Katakuri and well gotta reverse it too with chibi Katakuri in her hand I seriously love Hato though, still I find it overly adorable for Chibi Ace being near Hato's lips, ready to kiss his love

Haha I totally agree, but then again, while I do think and see that he was designed to be super badass, I over all find him cute, maybe due to him blushing once. Seriously that scene took my heart Awwww thanks I tried my best to draw some affection come from Rose, as well as a new shirt I have no idea, what tsum tsums feel like, so I can only hope, especially since he is wearing that scarf of his.

When I saw that giant Katakuri Tsum Tsum, I was immediately struck by the urge to glomp it and give it a hug. It looks so squishy and comfortable, especially the fluffy scarf he wears to hide his mouth. Rose does look lovely (This is one of my favorite outfits I've seen her wear, the others being her normal outfit and her wedding dress.), but Hatomi's outfit is what really captured my attention in this picture.

Thanks to watching Project Runway in my early teens, and taking an Art History class in high school, I know about different fabrics, patterns, cuts and styles. Although, this isn't my favorite thing to study, I will admit.

As long as it isn't related to politics, theoretical math, or some doctrines of philosophy, there's hardly a thing that I would say no to studying. As for my current favorite thing, it is electricity and the science of how lightning manifests as visible light by super-heating the air around it.

I got to see a demonstration with Tesla coils at the Boston Science Museum yesterday where a staff member explained lightning safety, how electric current can superheat air so it can be seen and heard by human ears (Normally, it is invisible and silent.), and playing with lightning to created a "Symphony of Sparks".

Yes, by manipulating the intensity of the electricity going through the Tesla coils, the host was able to "play" Darth Vader's theme and the Ghost Busters theme with the lightning output. It was a marvel of sound as well as sight.

So squishy! I had no idea you could get Tsum Tsums of One Piece characters. I thought they were only exclusive to Disney and to sports mascots (The Yakult Swallows' Tsum looks pretty cool btw.) Then again, English speaking territories tend to get only a small part of what is accessible to the Japanese majority, at least for content that is not online.
I can understand why the Tsum Tsum Katakuri doesn't have his arm tattoo. The little arm bits are too small for that level of detail. What I am interested in knowing though is whether there are PeroSpero and Mont D'Or Tsums and if they have their hats on or not. And of course, the Peros Tsum would need to have a tongue embroidered on the face, although I'm not sure how that would work since not too many Tsums have mouths from what I have seen.

I didn't either, but then Hato showed me some and I went crazy from the cuteness. True, I don't think One Piece tsum tsums will appear on the market in many other places than Japan and some of Asia, due to other countries not having as much an interest in the series.
Yeah, I understand too, but it still kinda made me sad, since it is like being a tiny bit more lazy than with other tsum tsums. I believe that Law's tsum tsum has his tattoo, though I can't fully recall, seeing that I do not own one and that most pictures of tsum tsums have them lying on the stomach. As for the Perospero and Mont Dor tsum tsums. I am sorry but I couldn't find any, maybe in the future, once/if they get more popular... now that you mention his tongue, you really got a good point there. His tongue is kind of characteristic, but tsum tsums don't have mouths. They did mark Katakuri's cheek connected to his mouth, but in the overall end, he doesn't have any.

The one part of Law's tattoos they would be unable to replicate on a Tsum figure would be the hands I think. The hand bits are too small for that level of detail, with DEATH on the first knuckle of five (non-existent) fingers and a gear tattoo in the center. The chest tattoo would be pretty easy by comparison.
Darn it all with Tsums not having mouths. It makes me wish that there will be a "no scarf" version of Katakuri, showing the maw of pointy teeth, some day. Speaking of which, did you get to see the "tending the wounded" scene with Brûlée and Katakuri in Episode 877? I wish they had brought in younger actors, instead of letting Peros and Katakuri's normal actors do their characters' lines when they were children. That's my only critique though. I was smiling with misty eyes the whole time.

Would so have wished for a tsum tsum Katakuri with no scarf. I do like Katakuri's design and I do think that the scarf must be soft, but the idea of a chibi Katakuri with his mouth marks and tiny small fangs pointed out, just seems so cute that I want it NOW!
YES!! OH YES I DID!!! Him suddenly blushing with steam coming out and two small blush circles on his cheeks made the huge badass man look so cuet I grabbed my chest and let out a small squeal... honestly I also replayed it a few times...
As for the flashback. YES! I agree, I was really surprised about their voices once I heard. I mean they're supposed to be children, yet their voices were already so deep. It threw me off

As Lady Gaga once said, "Show me your teeth!" I never thought I'd see the day where "king of the badasses" Katakuri blushed, except when Rose didn't run or scream when she saw his teeth, or when she did something nice for him. I covered my mouth to keep from squealing in delight. *sigh*

TRUE!!! Honestly I've never really liked Brulee, still not getting over her trying to eat Carrot and Chopper, as well as her attitude, but gotta admit, it was very hard to hate her in this episode. Give us more scenes like that and I might just start to like Brulee.

I've liked Brûlée since she first appeared. Then again, I admit two counts of bias, being a fan of witches/witch like characters and of people with purple hair. I grew ambivalent once Chopper and Carrot neutralized her and turned her into the new "whipping boy" for the Straw Hats; all she did was whine and complain until Katakuri freed her at the "sham wedding". Things were slightly better once we got to the Mirror World for the Katakuri v. Luffy fight, even if I didn't buy a word of what she said about Katakuri as his "hype man". (Then again, I didn't have anything nice, or overwhelmingly negative, to say about Katakuri until chapter 883 Merienda.)
I bet you anything that because of the scar across her face, and the elongated form she grew into in adulthood, Brûlée was criticized for not conforming to Big Mom's vision of utopia, at least when people thought she couldn't hear. They forget though having a mirror in your room is equivalent to having a constant "fly on the wall" access point for Brûlée. I remember in the meme you did for Katakuri and Rose that Brûlée was one of the Charlottes most against their relationship; despite being half-siblings, I believe she feels indebted to her nii-chan Katakuri for avenging her honor time and again, but especially that first time. And you predicted, quite rightly, that someone would come back to tend Katakuri and dress his wounds after the battle was done; that someone just happened to be the winner of Katakuri's "Best Little Sister" award... although I admit to liking your version of events with Rose better.

I think it is fine to have bias. I mean I have a bias against Brulee because I love Chopper so much that I can't easily forget her attempt to eat him.
OH GOSH! That would be a great side/backstory! Oda please make this canon!

Being a future librarian, my classmates and I are encouraged to be aware of, and admit to, our biases when reading and reviewing books for class. It helps in comparing/contrasting our reading experiences, especially those based on class, race, gender, and cultural heritage.
I like Chopper too, even if he's not my most favorite Straw Hat; I think he's gotten the shaft in terms of (character) development since the time skip. Even with the "Hansel and Gretel reenactment" with Chopper, Carrot, and Brûlée, I still was keen on Brûlée's character. And yes, I do prefer Rose coming to tend Katakuri's wounds, even if the scene with Brûlée was quite sentimental and gave me a few warm fuzzies.
