It's Windows, with a Mac look.
I use WindowBlinds from Stardock, ObjectDock, Avedesk, and Konfabulator.
WindowBlinds - Mac OS X Tiger - Steve Grenier
ObjectDock - Default skin
Avedesk - Drive shortcut with icon from ObjectDock
Konfabulator - Werewolf Monitor (Moon) - Comes with Konfabulator
Icons - Glass 2 (I believe) - ?
