I'm propably not the only artist (hobbyist or not) in the world to have the feeling sometimes that the Universe is conspiring against me. You know, like this kind of day where you almost finish to draw the page on which you work for seven hours (yeah, it can take that long), and then you drop accidentally a felt-tip pen over it and suddenly there are several big black tasks all around... Funny how, every time something like that happen, I can only quote the Merovingian in Matrix Reloaded : "Nom de Dieu de putain de bordel de merde de saloperie de connard d'enculé d'ta mère!".

In this moments, I think that, perharps, I possibly should maybe put myself in the digital art. And I remember that, this kind of trouble, it can happens also to digital artists, when the computer crashed at the wrong time. Well, why bother me then? Yep, still lazy...

Unfortunately, shit can just happen xD Good page though!!! Even if you had to redo it! Excellent coloring skills as well~ Wish I was that good xD That's mainly why I switched to digital art since you can manipulate and have more effects that way ^^"

Well, luckily, I didn't have to redo the whole page.
Computers have no monopoly on the copy/cut/paste method. I never color the original, always a photocopy. I just had to re-colour in the most damaged panels on another photocopy. Then cut the new panels (with scissors) and stick them on the former one (with glue) : old-fashioned yet effective! For the rest, all it took was well placed speach bubbles... Anyway!
My heartfelt thanks fot the compliment about my "coloring skills". But I'm no sure that it is well deserved. With a good material, it isn't so complicated to realize, you know. Nonetheless, no doubt that digital art for coloring... well, breathtaking sometimes.

I'm so glad that you didn't have to redo everything! And sometimes, old-fashion is the way to go! And very true that digital art can be gorgeous just as much as traditional at times. And I hope one day, you'll come to love your coloring skills as well ^^
